Fall Home Updates for under $10

It’s my favorite time of year again! The air is getting crisp, the days are getting shorter and everything is pumpkin flavored! How can you not LOVE fall?!

This time of year, I get so festive that I simply must update my home to reflect my mood. Below are my simple fall home updates and they all happen to be under $10!

1. Fall scented wax melts and candles.

The most important part of setting the fall ambiance around your home is making it smell like fall. I bought pumpkin pie candles and wax melts in apple spice, clove and pumpkin harvest. They smell AMAZING. I have wax burners in my living room, bathroom and bedroom and I just love how good they make my home smell. They are so affordable and best part is, unlike oil warmers, they are reusable. I rotate the scents every three days so that I can keep smelling them.

2. Add some seasonal flair to your coffee table

I found a maple leaf shaped candy dish at Dollar Tree and I thought it was perfect for my coffee table. You could also pick up season fall flowers (roses, sunflowers, carnations) in fall colors and put them in these adorable fall theme canisters I found at Walmart for $6 bucks.

3. Make a custom center piece

I took an unused vase and added these adorable mini fake squashes I found at Micheal’s for $1. At Christmas time I usually do a similar one with pine cones. But this would be perfect one an orange round place mat, surrounded by pillar candles. It was super easy and is really cute.
