The cold air outside and the warm heated air inside as well as warmer showers make for some serious skin issues. Here are a few tips to keep your skin happy and moisturized during those chilly winter days.
- Exfoliate
Removing dead skin in the winter is a must so that your skin can drink up your moisturizer. You can exfoliate your face with a good apricot scrub like this or making your own using coconut oil and baking soda. Exfoliate your body using a dry brush.
